Summer Clay Camp at Kentuck Art Center

Join Amy Smoot to create and play with clay! Students will have fun exploring a variety of hand building techniques to create functional and/or sculptural artworks. Students will receive instruction through each step of the ceramics process from creating to glazing and decorating their work. Building techniques will include slab building, pinching, coiling, stamping and more!

The dates, times, and age ranges of 2024 Clay Camp are:

Session A: June 3-5; 9-11 AM; Ages 6-9

Session B: June 10-12; 9-11 AM; Ages 10-12

Session C: June 24-26; 9-11 AM; Ages 6-9

Session D: July 8-10; 9-11 AM; Ages 10-12

Session E: July 22-24; 9-11AM; Ages 6-9

Session F: July 29-30; 9-11AM; Ages 10-12

This class has a minimum of 3 students and a maximum of 10. If the class does not meet the minimum, participants will be refunded. This camp will be held in Kentuck’s Clay Studio at 2014 5th Street.
