SUMMARY:Historic Main Street Oxford's Witches Walk and Ride on Main
DESCRIPTION:The 6th Annual Witches Ride & Walk on Main returns to Historic Main Street Oxford on Saturday\, October 24\, 2026. \nWitches\, warlocks\, goblins\, and other costumed participants of all ages are invited to walk or ride bicycles through downtown while tossing candy to spectators along the route. The event will travel along Snow Street\, College Street\, East Choccolocco Street\, and Main Street. \nParticipant registration begins at 5:30 p.m. The Ride & Walk will make its way down Main Street beginning at 6:30 p.m. \nRegistration is $25 for adults\, $10 for students ages 13–18\, and free for children ages 0–12. Registration includes an official event T-shirt for those who pre-register by Friday\, October 9 using the link provided in Historic Main Street Oxford social media. \nRegistrations received after Friday\, October 9 will include event admission only and will not include a T-shirt. \nParticipants are encouraged to dress up\, bring plenty of candy to share\, and join us for an evening of Halloween fun and community spirit. All proceeds benefit Historic Main Street Oxford programs. \nFour-legged friends will have the opportunity to join in the fun as Ulti-Mutt Bakery will host a Pup Parade & Costume Contest beginning at 2:30 p.m. \nHighland Groove\, a dynamic four-piece band blending the heart of Southern soul with the energy of funk\, rock\, and jam-band improvisation\, will provide the soundtrack of the night as they perform from 6-8 p.m. at the Simmons Park gazebo. \nFor more information\, call 256-862-6067.
