Fitness in the Park with Ursula Smith

In an effort to encourage everyone to spend more time outdoors, support everyday movement and build a healthy community, Vulcan Park & Museum is partnering with various entities to offer a range of fitness programs in an all-new fitness series, ‘Fitness at the Park’. To kick off the series, Ursula Smith of Ursula Smith Dance Company will join us on Sunday, November 5 at 7:30a to experience the energy of Dance Bantaba. This dynamic workout incorporates elements of West African Dance. Get ready to sweat, have fun, and feel the rhythm!
