Helen is proud wife to James, who she met while attending Auburn University. After graduating, their family moved to Birmingham and now have three amazing daughters, ages six, three, and one. Helen has worked as an Industrial Engineer for the United States Postal Service, and now manages a team of engineers in the Southeast. When she's not watching a soccer game or karate lesson, Helen can be found reading Jane Austen, jogging, or catching up on the Great British Baking Show.
