This event, formerly the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama, has a new name but is the same great event that is in it’s 13th year at the world-renowned Barber Motorsports Park.

1. Tickets start at just $25 and kids 15 & under get in free!

2. The race features the same drivers & cars as the INDY 500!

The Indy 500 is known as the biggest spectacle in racing, and it is the largest single-day sporting event in the world. This is your chance to see those same drivers & cars right here in Birmingham, Alabama!

3. There is an awesome Fan Zone!

The Fan Zone has something for everyone! You’ll find the following areas and activities:

  • There will be a Kids’ Zone, with inflatables & jump houses.
  • The Ferris Wheel is back in the Fan Zone for the first time since 2019!
  • For the 21+ crowd, there’s a beer and wine festival.

Medical Properties Trust presents the Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix powered by AmFirst, a signature event on the NTT INDYCAR SERIES circuit that is in its 13th year. This year’s event will feature racing with drivers such as Will Power, Romain Grosjean, Scott Dixon, and Alex Palou at the world-renowned Barber Motorsports Park from April 28th-30th.

The event generates more than $20 million in economic impact annually, with tickets sold in 50 states and eight countries. The race is broadcast nationally by NBC and internationally to more than 100 countries. Additional events include wine tastings, an art festival, INDY 5K, Fan Zone and more.
