Even though Mary Anne was born in Florida, she considers herself an Alabama native. They moved to Birmingham when she was three, and she lived in the same house until she left for college in 2008. She met her husband at the University of Alabama their Freshmen year, and they will be celebrating their 10-year anniversary this fall! She graduated in 2013 with a Master’s Degree in Accounting and passed the CPA exam. She went inactive and left the accounting world to be a stay-at-home mom to their daughter Lily Grace (4) and son Isaac (2). Don’t let the headshot fool you: her everyday attire is messy hair, yesterday’s makeup, and athletic ware. When she’s not at home doing the laundry, you can find her dancing at the gym, training for a 5k, or crafting in the dining room. The kids weren’t keeping her busy enough, so she started The Confetti Shoppe in 2022 making party décor, personalized totes, and handmade gifts.
