Current Charcoal Grill welcomes Chef Sam Fore of Tuk Tuk Sri Lankan Bites, the acclaimed Lexington, Kentucky concept that established her as one of the South’s most celebrated chefs, for a one-night-only collaboration during the 2026 Southbound food festival. The menu will bring together Chef Luke Joseph’s traditional binchotan grilling techniques with Chef Fore’s Sri Lankan flavors, creating a dinner that reflects the signature styles of both kitchens.
