Families and individuals can choose the option that fits them best.

1. Become a BellRunner

When you register as a BellRunner, you commit to running the 5K while raising funds in honor of a child receiving therapy at The Bell Center. BellRunners are asked to raise $100 per mile, for a total of $310, and every dollar directly supports early intervention services for children with special needs.

BellRunners also receive special race-day perks, including VIP hospitality and exclusive recognition, which makes the experience even more rewarding, all while knowing your miles are making a life-changing impact.

2. Register as a Race Participant

Prefer to run or walk without fundraising? You can register as a participant and enjoy the 5K through the streets of Homewood with friends and family. This option is perfect for parents, casual runners, and first-time racers who want to support an incredible local nonprofit while enjoying a fun community event.

A Can’t-Miss Moment: The Children’s Run

One of the most touching parts of the morning is the Children’s Run, a short dash where children receiving therapy at The Bell Center take the spotlight. With cheers from the crowd and smiles all around, this moment celebrates progress, perseverance, and joy. It reminds everyone why this race matters so much.

The Heart Behind the Race: The Bell Center’s Mission

Your Pace. Your Purpose. Our Mission. Every participant in The Bell Center 5K & Children’s Run arrives with a personal reason for stepping up to the starting line. And every purpose is honored. Maybe you’re working toward better health, honoring a child at The Bell Center, raising awareness for a diagnosis that shaped your family, or striving for a personal best.

No matter how fast or far you go, your pace is perfect, and your purpose is valued. When your individual motivation meets The Bell Center’s mission of providing life-changing early intervention services for children with special needs, each step becomes part of the impact. Every stride, every finish-line moment strengthens the vital work happening inside The Bell Center. Each day, they ensure every child has the opportunity to maximize their potential.
