I can’t believe it’s February already! February is a busy month all around. How do you celebrate Valentine’s Day? Mardi Gras is also on February 13. Does your family get a king cake every year? (Fun fact: It’s called “Fat Tuesday” because many people eat rich meals that day, some with foods that may be given up for the beginning of Lent the next day, Ash Wednesday).
