If your aspirations for the new year include fitness and saving money, this is the list for you! We’ve rounded up 7 Birmingham gyms and fitness studios where you can get moving AND save some money. Find a workout that’s right for you and hit those financial goals with one of these limited time offers!

Barre3

Become a studio member at Barre3 and save 50% off your first month. If you’re taking for the first time, they also offer 2 weeks of unlimited classes for $29. Classes range from 45-60 minutes and combine strength, cardio, and mindfulness practices. You can find them in the Hollywood area of Homewood. 

Burn Bootcamp

Burn Bootcamp’s “Commit to Fit” offer allows new members to sign up for unlimited workouts through February 6th for just $59! Burn Bootcamp teaches 45-minute workouts, also called “camps,” that vary every day and focus on full-body cardio, strength, and conditioning. The also offer nutrition coaching and complimentary childcare. Registration for “Commit to Fit” is open from January 6-12 and is valid at Homewood, Meadowbrook, and Hoover locations. The new Vestavia location is currently offering a Grand Opening special offer of 4 weeks of unlimited workouts for $69.

Ignite Cycle

This month at Ignite Cycle, new riders can ring in 2025 with one month of unlimited rides for only $20.25. New and returning clients can purchase a 6-month membership of unlimited rides and pay $20.25 for the first month. This boutique cycling studio features beat-driven, choreographed workouts that last 45 minutes. Studios are located in Pepper Place and Mountain Brook. 

Provision Studio

Through January 10th, sign up for any of Provision Studio’s memberships at a discounted cost. Memberships last for 6 or 12 months and include 8, 12, 16, or 20 classes every month. Small group classes combine Pilates, cardio, and mobility exercises, with most classes utilizing Reformer equipment. Visit them in Homewood or at the new studio downtown. 

The YMCA

Become a member of a Birmingham YMCA this month, and you won’t have to pay anything until February! The YMCA has 7 membership branches across the Birmingham area and offers a wide array of fitness opportunities, including cardio and strength training equipment, personal and small group training, and numerous group fitness classes. Several branches also have a pool and tennis courts. They offer several kinds of memberships, so you can include as many family members as you want and add on childcare if you need it. 

Three15 Studio

If you’re ready to commit to a more long-term fitness routine, Three15 Studio’s New Year’s Special may be the one for you. Sign a 12-month contract, and they will add an additional month for free. That’s 13 months for the price of 12! The signature workout combines 15 minutes of cycling, 15 minutes of barre, and 15 minutes of strength work. Check them out in the Edgewood part of Homewood.

True40 Studio

The New Year’s sale at True40 includes two offers to help you save a little and jump start your fitness. Sign up for a 6 or 12 month membership, and the first month will only cost you $40. If you’ve never taken a class before, you’ll want to look into the new client special, which allows you to take 4 classes for just $40. True40 offers 3 different class formats that range from 45-60 minutes. Their method combines high-intensity, low-impact strength training with elements of barre, Pilates, yoga, and TRX. Childcare is available for an additional cost. You can find them downtown and at The Edge in Homewood.
